As Stripe approaches the headcount of Twitter as it was when I started there, I'm increasingly fascinated by how different the orgs are.
@mabb0tt yes, and the nature of the product is quite different too. On the other hand many of the engineering challenges are very familiar.

@avibryant my point is that the culture of the company is set early on and does not shift dramatically - regardless of common eng challenges -
