There was a thread on HN recently about 16 hr work weeks. I wonder how it would change a tech company, structurally, to make that the norm?

@akahn no, but I suspect some combination of somewhat lower pay or perceived higher risk of failure would make it less attractive to many.

@avibryant: Lower barrier to entry required for tech. Fewer full stack devs. Not enough time to get up to speed with widespread complexity.
