If you add macros to your language but don't then define many built in language constructs as macros, you haven't really added macros.

@avibryant Obviously different from regular function calls is good (and they usually just are) but I don't see why different from built-ins. -
@peterseibel ok, I buy that - if there's a way to visually distinguish control flow from function calls, the former should mostly be macros. -
