Let's say, hypothetically, you are at a toddler playground, and one kiddo keeps splashing people and his mom keeps saying "no splashing" with 0 follow-through. At what point is it acceptable, if ever, to point out she is teaching her kid to ignore her "no"? Hypothetically.
