Renting a car feels basically like dealing with gangsters. Will be happy when that market is destroyed by self driving cars, lyft, etc...

What’s amazing to me is how they’re all bad in exactly the same ways. It doesn’t feel like a local maximum that needs some crazy disruption, just a basic refresh of the user experience.

@silvercar because they seem to have done that. In general it seems like a market with incredibly high capital requirements and where users tend to make their buying decisions almost exclusively on price and loyalty. So super stagnant.1 reply 0 retweets 2 likes
