thanks! im curious as to whether this was a true zero sum game? and is it possible to mistakenly play a non zero sum game as one?

couldnt they have admitted there's a chance for everyone to stay & collaborated (not burned the money, carry items to get additional 100k)

all four "won" in the end anyone and if they switched strategies they'd have had 160k extra (40k a piece)

i agree with you about the bad behavior. but i also think this particular group of people chose to play zero sum instead of collaboratively.
