I can't wait until as many restaurants understand "low-FODMAP" as they do "vegan" or "gluten-free." http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/FODMAP
@jer_ I have happily said goodbye forever to chickpeas, garlic and guacamole :) still eat some FODMAPs but in moderation.

@jer_ well it's never 100%... as long as you can cut out a lot of it, it seems to help!
