One week after finishing a marathon, I'm eating lots of chocolate and feeling "OHHH I'M SO OUT OF SHAPE WAAAAAH" ... have to remind myself:
@coachxcpayne sort of... after 3 days off, I have been enjoying hour-long walks each day and very light yoga.

@avantgame That's good - I found starting back with an easy 400m, and adding 400m a day until 1600m followed by a day off got me back - -
