@coachxcpayne sort of... after 3 days off, I have been enjoying hour-long walks each day and very light yoga. -
@avantgame That's good - I found starting back with an easy 400m, and adding 400m a day until 1600m followed by a day off got me back - -

@Melissandre_L it's tough!! How cold is it? Below freezing? Sometimes I switch to yoga til weather improves! Otherwise layers and run midday -
