@avantgame we were giving up smoking before our wedding day. We would do a different one each night sat on the living room floor. -

@avantgame physicality was really important, also think it was important that we didn't usually do it so had no smoking associations -
@alan_hook keeping the hands busy you mean helped avoid reaching for the cigarette? -
@avantgame used patches to help during the day and wasn't as much of an issue because we were working all day.
