@avantgame I've experienced that, where the thought will come up, and disturb me, though I know I'm not really "thinking" or intending it.

@avantgame Yeah. It's helpful knowing that even in the deepest of my depressions, "that" isn't my real emotional reaction, just chemical. -
@avantgame It also can end up being a good (?) snap-back point, knowing my thoughts have gotten out of my own conscious control
