@avantgame So together we designed a race that volunteers run. "Make it to the end, while..." Or "Make it to the end, but..." (2/2)

@DanielSolis oh this sounds awesome, keep going.... very interesting -
@avantgame We nailed down three rules for the race and got volunteers to run it. No prizes. Seeing the results of game design was the prize. -
@DanielSolis that's really awesome. I love that! I may borrow it but fully attribute it to you :) -
@avantgame aww! Thanks! Hope it helps.

@avantgame Is there something particular to corporate culture that makes co-op games and non-competition alien to them? - End of conversation

@avantgame Participation is the win for the designer of event games. Incomplete epic quests expose non-participation more than teams/prizes. -
@shanericzu yes exactly! I have to design a much better game to ensure they win :) -
@avantgame And many creative people secretly fear they're actually frauds. It's a problem of design but also the courage of designers.

@avantgame Whenever I've proposed a coop game, 10 ppl step up & advise that we can't ignore competition as incentive. Taken for granted.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

@avantgame I did a small workshop on game design at my ad agency, knowing a competition was more familiar frame of reference. (1/2)Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo
