@nullspeak that's so cool! I worked my way up to week 3 day 1 medium difficulty (80 pushups) and have basically stayed there for 6 months :)

@avantgame Heh I think I'm actually really close to that, and now at the point where I keep doing "repeat day" and adding a single rep. SLOW -
@nullspeak good strategy. I'm only doing in 2x a week now so I probably need to add another day to really improve. after my next race! :)
