Has anyone successfully cut their daily total sugar intake (not just added, but fruit, etc. too) to the recommended 25 grams or less?
@DrLaserfalcon I'm good on that! No added sugars (unsweetened soy milk, plain oats, etc.) all whole foods except for dark chocolate :)

@avantgame Chocolate's good for you. I miss oats but glycemic index is super high. You're a vegan so you can't reasonably give up grains. -
@DrLaserfalcon indeed although I try to limit them -- just the oats in the morning, and bread a couple times a week -
@avantgame Less common breads like hulled barley and buckwheat rate lower on the glycemic index, if you want sugar reduction bonus points.
