I’m off to Seattle on Thurs, which is a 11? 12? hour flight and I’m bricking it because I HATE flying longhaul. Hate it. How do I make it bearable? (I have run out of diazepam.)

I am a frequent international flyer and it makes a difference, and often can help me adjust time zones too because it's easier to go to sleep the next 12 hours after you land whenever you need ot.
