I would be very interested to hear more about this. Since you asked, I feel like some strengths are things we learned to adapt to a particular environment - usually growing up. At some point this strength can be overused or become an overreaction.

Great article. I love this distinction between identifying and using and learning more about when and how to use. For me this is a bit like a static vs dynamic view of self, I am empathetic vs in many situations I am empathetic. I would love to see how this fits into SuperBetter.

If you adapted a set of strengths and they worked well enough that is great but they may have not been the best solution. Like taking golf lessons after having played a while, you usually need to (continually) unlearn whatever worked when you were self taught..
