    Not the best pic but you get the idea. finally delivered the wood at 8.30am and had the vinyl wall finished by 2pm. To be fair the delivery guys were very helpful just a pity it took so long.

    I just heard 'Mind Your Own Business' by Delta 5 soundtracking a Vodafone ad on peak time TV. First thought, this is peak 2021. Second thought, I hope the band are making some money out of it.

    Interesting to get figures for other parts of the city centre.

    We've been looking at recent footfall figures for Princes Street . May 2021 recorded a 15.5% increase in footfall compared to May 2019. It's good to see confidence is beginning to be restored for shoppers following 2020.

    On this day in 1956, Liverpool FC signed Tommy Younger from Hibernian for £9,000. The Scottish goalkeeper (24 caps for Scotland) spent 3 years at Anfield and kept 35 clean sheets in 127 games in all competitions, before returning to Scotland (Falkirk) in 1959.
