The difference, Neil, is that the pimps don't want us to part of the solution. Attend some of the meetings regarding the Sleeping Villages and Mental Health SF. See how the Supes gaslight and avoid help from constituents. They are tricky and try to hide details. Too much to tweet

I am attending more and more of these and trying to understand it. There is plenty of research and data to look at to see what is effective and definitely what hasn't worked which we keep shoveling $ to.
