SF elected officials (@LondonBreed @chesaboudin @MattHaneySF @DeanPreston @HilleryRonan @shamannwalton etc.) deliberately make decisions that hurt the community. they've created a dangerous, blighted, depressed city, but why? What do they gain from it? looking for theories.
