I just read the lawsuit filed against the City opening a temporary safe sleeping site for homeless people in the Haight. There’s as much truth in the complaint as in a Trump press conference. Fitting that the complaint was filed by Harmeet Dhillon, co-chair of Women for Trump

Right, and if the city attorney declared 6th and Market a nuisance, SF would be declaring itself a nuisance since it's public space. The city now owns the lot on Stanyon, so it takes a private party to sue over that, just like Hastings v San Francisco

It would be great to see it tho. SF City attorney declares 6th and Market a nuisance and issues the following statement. "Since I represent the city, I am declaring myself a nuisance"
