I've heard estimates that only 13% of voters vote in SF. This might go way up soon once people in those industries realize it's not going well for them due to previous votes

One the other hand, the hotel industry and property owners may be motivated to get out the vote because now the entire Board of Supervisors are so far left they can over-ride a mayoral veto on the taking of hotels, and that's citywide
