In fact, Randy has even fired his own staff for admitting that many of his clients are in the wrong place and his own non profit cannot handle these people, so he's even worse than

We see these mentally ill homeless people all over San Francisco. Majority in Tenderloin. Yes, I can see how he largely contributed to TL problem. As you said, these are public records. What has any Mayor or Supe done about it over the last 20 years? Giving SROs more
