If we really want to make the world a better place, we must be very careful not to attribute evil to good people playing the wrong game.
Though sometimes calling people evil for playing bad games is the best way to stop them playing them...

Hmm... in my experience this raises more defensiveness than interest in change. From my view point it seems people are more likely to change when you simply present them with an idea in a way that allows them to attribute 'bad' to their own tribe without attacking them directly.

I dunno. I use that strategy a lot, but shaming is definitely effective for some people.
