All signs point to my next personal growth frontier being getting in touch with my anger. Anyone found a good forum for doing this kind of thing?

Focussing is amazing. Also, straight out exposure therapy. Figure out what the next comfort zone expanding step is and do it, then iterate. Get a buddy if you need accountability, or a therapist if you need help figuring out what the next steps are.
