In other words if your ontology (that which is) is epistemology (how we know what is) and vice versa. You see internal worlds as worlds being created,

I am still struggling with this. Even if you recognise that your basic belief building blocks (ontology) are what help you work out what is true (epistemology) there are more parts of an ontology than just ways of evaluating what is true. Many concepts are neither t/f in a system
