I read the list of books you had shortlisted for the anti-book club initially. I read a lot of nonfiction, and all but one seemed like they would be the 'one key insight, probably shared with similar books I've already read' model. Might that be why you don't want to read 14/15?

True. A lot of what I picked was out of obligation, like “any serious person in this field would need to consider this.” Maybe then the value is in realizing I don’t
