Yeah, I'm already down with chicken hearts (I think, just bad at cooking them). Need to buy and get better at cooking chicken livers.

Eat chicken livers on skewers at Comal, Berkeley. They’re the best. Then re-create that dish at home. Not too difficult. Use goose fat or grass fed butter to fry them (high temp, and fast, so they’re still soft inside). I recommend adding gochujang and chipotle to the sauce.
