2. Court ordered NEET a week b4 exam. You can't give 10th std exam with 7th skills, in a week. At least put to next year. 2/2

@prasannavishy it may reduce multiplicity of exams, but enforcement in such short term wrong, could have started next year -
But how will poor students benefit as they can't afford private college fees?
