A bombing raid, in a war zone, will always have the potential to kill civilians; #war is the most unpleasant thing, and the civilian casualty rate can be higher than that of combatants. Some plan to use this for terror, some try to avoid it (like us).

It's unfortunate but in the "fog of war" their is no clarity.....so now we'll have RAAF Diversity "joy division" hold an enquiry...to appease hand wringers ...Ks have died in that quagmire of death.....2 unfortunates won't make any difference.
