All Australian parents need to abide by the same rules. They all need to have a good education so they can get the best jobs every one wants to succeed and be self sufficient when they are adults. Otherwise you create a culture of people on welfare doing it tough.

That won’t work, parents wouldn’t pay it. If they don’t want to go to school, they should be ordered to work or an apprenticeship.
