        This is a very deep & serious issue for indigenous Australians. As long as we have people like @TonyAbbottMHR engaged we will never have a dignified&mature conversation. We need leadership. Not a rusty anchor from the old country. There is so much wrong with this miserable bloke

        Regardless of whether u agree w/ his views,I’ve always seen TA as a public figure with strong convictions re improving the lives of Indigenous ppl.By all mns disagree with his approach,but 2 say he’s not a sincere or “mature” advocate of progress in this area is base politicking.

        Abbott doing things like spending time in the outback is simple man’s politicking. He has done zero for the first people. You know, putting people in missions was “helping” them. Remember his “lifestyle choices” remarks. That’s the real Abbott.
