From what is Mark Latham saving Australia Day, no one is proposing we abolish Australia Day just move it. When it started in 1915 it was in July. The current date was only set in 1994, before that it was a floating day the last Monday in January. @realmarklatham

if people want australia day to remain as it is, which by the look of it a majority of people do, including the indigenous population, the worst person they can get to get people who support changing the date to change their mind is latham, the guy is a chauvinistic racist
