I trust NAB branches don't run on electricity generated from coal

Feel better ? You are a Bank, not the countries social or moral conscience ! If the business case is good , invest in anything including coal !

I read the article and it's flawed. We won't invest unless it's new technology. Ultra Super Critical Power is a NEW TECHNOLOGY meeting 2030 targets NOW. #climatesycophants

Ultra Super Critical Power is ridiculously expensive compared to #Renewables No business will invest in it because it would put them at a generating cost disadvantage.https://theconversation.com/new-coal-plants-wouldnt-be-clean-and-would-cost-billions-in-taxpayer-subsidies-72362 …

Thats why countries like China India Indonesia are building over 100 of the little critters. In fact they have a life of over 3 times those that chop up birds and others that are made from rare earth quarries and huge disposal costs after their average 10 year life span expires

Every day that goes by #Renewables get cheaper but #coal does not. The economics have changed that's why China has scrapped plans for 150 new power stations. This trend will continue.http://reneweconomy.com.au/china-halts-150-coal-fired-power-plants-84937/ …
