If they could get out of the way of those of us who ARE trying to create jobs, that'd be great.

And it might be that they're working at the ATO looking for something to do to justify their job ...

See a little chap called Bill Gross on this. He has a hirer of last resort idea for Govt. Sounds heretic like. Most jobs growth has been in publuc sector. Without that jobs growth wouldn't even be close to equal to immigration.

Technically of course tax is not theft but it is the price of keeping revolution at bay. The argument is merely about what price that needs to be.

It is not the government’s job to create jobs - every job it does create takes away resources from that would have created salient, natural formed jobs responsive to incentives.

If you have an unconditional right to life then you have a right to (peacefully) sustain your life which means work - without asking permission! An ABN is slavery. You should not need permission in order to sustain your life.

Why would a government want to stop Sarah from working? Does the government actually know what their ATO is doing? Does the ATO know what they're doing ... and let's face it, this would happen today regardless of which government was in power. The problem is the ATO.
