Fortunately, I do not subscribe to the #oz; the bullshit in their tweets is plenty.

So you mightn't like Bill Shorten, but he ain't going anywhere. Plenty have tried to knock him off, wedge him, and all kinds of political skullduggery to get him out of the leadership. They've all failed - move on.

I thought pvo made a lot of great points. However the coalition will not win the next election by attacking Shorten. They will win if they govern effectively for the vast majority of the population. This seems to be a problem though.

And just like Rudd and Gillard, Abbott and Turnbull only have themselves to blame for the vast majority of their troubles. Turnbull's political judgement is, and has always been, terrible 2/

#newscorpse witholds #Newspoll in the week of the byelection, then fails to truthfully report on the farcical nature of the government over the last few months. This is without mention of @Barnaby_Joyce's moral calibre. Newscorp are a crime against democracy.

Wow, things must be really bad for Turnbull that PVO is reduced to putting out a hatchet job. When it gets this bad I guess Shorten will be PM.

Failed to see that banking scandals were deep and going to rumble on until he forced a conclusion by offering a royal commission. Result? Forced into humiliating backdown looking like banks' lap dog 4/

So much of this piece just boils down to the Right's hatred of Shorten because he's a much more wiley politician than you ever gave him credit for 1/

And let's not forget his relentless pursuit of Bill Shorten. Through the kangaroo court Royal Commission, and then through a hamfisted referral to the building watchdog by Cash. Result? Shorten untouched, Cash still hanging by a thread 5/

Disgraceful rubbish media. Completely undignified bias. I'm going to get a copy of this paper that a newsagent has leftover (not buying) and hang it on the toilet roll holder where it belongs.

The Australian is more entertainming than any magazine. Sad to say the journalism is somewhere between crap and non existent.
