He's correct on the banks though- Why waste time & money to find out what we already know- the gov should just call the banks out & say pay-up to the thousands of people they have illegally stolen from to obtain a financial advantage- at Law it is called Fraud

Seems to me a few months delay to get SSM bill right should be acceptable. This change to definition of marriage will impringe on more than free speech and parental rights. Get it right the first time and every australian can live with it.

This is a change in Australian history. We dont know the full effects yet and it may change many times so keep an open mind.

It can only be changed by Parliament. This is the only change proposed. There are already 25 countries that have marriage equality. There has been no negative consequences in those countries.
