Before we spend billions as part of the Paris accord, let’s consider the alternatives, writes Michael Asten https://trib.al/nR6Nfli  #auspol

Interesting that Asten mentions Scafetta’s natural cycles for #climate. How did Scafetta’s prediction of roughly constant temperature for 2000-2020 work out? Hmmm, not great.pic.twitter.com/cX4i5CmkJN

Rubbish. Culprits are privatisation, greed and poor housing / building designs. As to #climatechange always better to prepare for worst and hope for the best, because of deniers are wrong the entire species is sc***ed. Ask yourselves why Murdoch’s Fossils burn want to burn #coal

Btw scientists are not ‘divided’ the majority agree #ClimateChangeIsReal The ‘division’ is same tactic the cigarette industry used, the sugar industry is still using and #Murdoch now controls 60% of Australia’s media. Now ask yourselves- which mates have most investments to lose

Most to loose... Wind & Solar. If they stop subsidising this failed experiment all investors will pull out. Tesla, for example, was given 4.9Billion in tax benefits and it still can't make a profit. How is taxing CO2 preparing for anything?

I’ve already answered this too many times to count. Here’s my answer, in blog form from earlier this year. http://vacuousnessramblings.blogspot.com/search/label/Paris%20Agreement?m=1 … #ClimateChange #RenewableEnergy #Paris

The fact you called it "carbon pollution" makes me dubious to your qualification to make these claims. Can I ask for your bona fides?

You guys never clearly articulate why it is a big scam. Facts needed, until then, you won't get me or others to listen. You guys and the Libs better listen at the next election. Bring it on!!

The hottest decade in the US was there 1930s where anthropogenic CO2 production was much lower than now. Cause and effect, which comes first?
