        Love it! I would vote for him, just on that policy. Housing should never, ever have been made a commodity. And the only people this will affect, are the greedy and the brainwashed that relied on the silly generational belief that housing would always go up...

        Except your modelling isn't Labor's modelling. It doesn't show grandfathering of exisiting negatively geared properties which Labor's model does so your model is factually incorrect.

        The risk is house price crash which in turn will destroy the banks if they don’t manage it correctly and labor doesn’t exactly have a good record there

        Go guts, sure lots of Asian and other investors will lose out, but it is better for everyday Australians in the medium to long term. The property market should never have been allowed to get so inflated in the first place all due to bad government policies.
