This is surreal. A country with billions of reserres asking for help to stop contaminating. I think that the developed countries should pullout of this scheme. China accts as an imperialist superpower, exxpending billions in armament and now this.

The UNFCCC is a global treaty brokered by a corrupt and incompetent bureaucracy. Luckily, I think what we are seeing in this regard since the IPCC SR15 is that the climate scare in unwinding and likely to die soon. With any luck it will take the UN down with it.

The "two friends (and) an inflatable duck" thing concerns me, but not as much as "green ginger wine." Dafuq is that?

China still gets the privileges of a 'Developing' nation. As such China will be getting money FROM the UN Climate Fund, while stupid Australian government would be paying billions annually. How can anyone still talk about 'saving the planet'? @ScottMorrisonMP @abcnews @politicsabc
