When the boats were sinking and people were drowning by the dozen, month after month, I wonder if the sublimely sanctimonious Professor Triggs ever deigned to voice complaint to the the worthless Rudd/Gillard government. Of course she didn't. She's a virtue signaling hypocrite.

How about a double back flip with pike, Gillian? First get them to NZ, then back flip on the ban and give them Australian Citizenships.

I'm confused. She supports sending them to NZ but "described the lifetime ban on the refugees ever stepping foot into Australia — even when applying for an official visa — as “improper, illegal, manipulative and wrong” Where is the back flip? Isn't it a compromise?

She dumped her disabled daughter and left her for dead. . . there's the backfilp right there, . .never gave the daughter a second thought it seems.

I really doubt that this the case. I’d read the article but don’t want to subscribe to such a piece of shit newspaper.
