    the most remarkable thing about this vignette, that goes on for a page, is that it was created by the author imagining Webster reading a Danish newspaper, that he couldn’t read, that then led Webster to remember a fully realized moment the writer had not experienced. High art.

    No testing no cases.

    Nigeria has tested 0.5% of its population. Ethiopia: 1% Egypt: .1% DRC: close to 0% Tanzania: close to 0% Kenya: 1% Uganda: 1% Only handful do lots of testing. No testing = No COVID19. It's not lethal enough to cause much excess death, which is why testing mania needs to end.
