@TeamYouTube I am trying to delete an old @YouTube acc of mine that I've lost access to when Google became affiliated with your company. I've tried many points of contact, but your company makes it difficult to resolve such issues. Please respond and help me mend this issue!!

You'll need to have at least one of your account related information (i.e email / username and any recovery options, if set up). Once you have that here's how you can regain access: https://goo.gl/MZ4Ss3 . Hope this helps.

I have all of the information and have tried logging into the old account using the legacy account form and it continues to say “this account can not be recovered”. Please assist me further with this issue and preferably via human to human communication.

Just to confirm, have you tried our legacy account recovery tool: https://goo.gl/HDDj3O ? Let us know if that helps.

Noted. Here's an additional guide that may help you regain access (it covers more scenarios): https://goo.gl/q2Ijwz . Also, we see that you shared your email address publicly to help with your issue. Since emails are often considered private info we recommend deleting the tweet.

This form is not useful for my legacy account because the account is not linked to a google account - hence the fact that it is a *legacy* account. I know the username and password for my LEGACY account, so how do I got about recovering it when the page keeps telling me I cannot?
