I didn’t start YouTube for money. I did it to deal with my immense depression. I only have so much content since I lost my job, unemployed for a long time now. I average 50+ views every single day yet they hardly lead to new subs or lengthy watch time.

The weird thing is many who watch me say I do just fine. I’ve done sit down videos explaining my concerns and they’re all fine with me playing whatever I want. I’m simply not gaining any traction. I do the best I can while creating, I’m not on par with Mark or Sean but...

Look I'm trying to help you but it's clear you've made up your mind of ignoring everything I'm saying. Good luck man, hope it works out for you.

With all due respect all you’ve done is repeat the same stuff I’ve heard from watching hundreds of “help” videos that did nothing for me at all. Honestly it would be cheaper and easier for me to die rather than continue living at this point.

How so? He said to play new stuff. I did. It didn't work. He said to make good thumbnails. I've redone mine 50+ times taking 2-3 weeks out of my recording schedule each attempt. Its done nothing to attract new people.

He gave one example. Your thumbnails do not pull in a viewer. Re doing them 7374848383 times doesn’t matter if they aren’t done right. You hate advice you find a way to ignore it.

Well what am I supposed to put in a thumbnail to attract people then? I refuse to do clickbait ones where my face is in a goofy expression and enlarged like Mark or Sean do constantly. Doing complete custom ones with png images didn't fare better either.

Well is there a game you’re really good at? Tricks you use others don’t? “Top tricks to winning any BR game” (example). Find a game you can bring insight to others don’t. No one is watching 20 uploads a week of a long ass 39 min video of some random person playing a game

I've gone over tactics and personal hints in games I don't play blind. If I do play something blind, it's about the discovery of doing something new and progressing through the story so I don't have anything to share.

You’ve had like 5 people give you advice here and you come up with excuses or find a way to ignore all of it. You won’t make it to 100k by ignoring good sound advice that’s for sure
