Yesterday I was cleaning a basement and hit my head on the ceiling (cement) as I descended some stairs. I was like, 90% sure I had a concussion.

I do have a nice cut on my head - I was even wearing my hat - and I felt like I was out of it, but most likely not a concussion.

I now have no idea why anyone would voluntarily choose to participate in concussion-probable scenarios. Dear MMA fighters, I love your sport but it’s not a healthy choice.

I lost six weeks of memory last year from a concussion and more than a year later can get confused and agitated when experiencing too much stimuli, like in a noisy restaurant or when too many things are happening at once.

I laid down, iced the ol' noggin, and the headache went away shortly thereafter. But man I felt, well, the word for it is discombobulated.
