Yesterday I was cleaning a basement and hit my head on the ceiling (cement) as I descended some stairs. I was like, 90% sure I had a concussion.
I now have no idea why anyone would voluntarily choose to participate in concussion-probable scenarios. Dear MMA fighters, I love your sport but it’s not a healthy choice.

I lost six weeks of memory last year from a concussion and more than a year later can get confused and agitated when experiencing too much stimuli, like in a noisy restaurant or when too many things are happening at once.

I thought about you yesterday as I had to leave a restaurant when I was too nauseous and sound was affecting me big time.
-

I kept wondering, but in the end I thought it seemed unlikely just because I was only walking down stairs. And I didn't hit it hard enough to fall down.
