I'm sorry you're having trouble checking out through the app. There currently aren't any known issues with the app. It seems like you may have contacted previously. If by phone or chat, did we create a ticket to have our developers look into this? ^AN

I only tweeted about it, so there’s no case number. It happens on my iPad as well, and it’s been happening for about a month now.

Austin, have you had any issues signing in to your account via computer? I see you performed a recent update on your phone/iPad, have you tried clearing your cache/cookies, uninstalling the app, and reinstalling it to see if that works? ^SY

I’ll try the uninstall/reinstall. I haven’t had any problems on desktop.
