Already at the time, the excavators were in awe of the well-preserved remains of the Village and suggested that it would be worth carrying on the excavations.

So did they just stop excavations? Was it a lack of funding? I can’t read French 🥲🥲
And do we know why they just started doing re-excavations several months ago? I wouldn’t be surprised if it was just for a publicity stunt. Disrespectful tho to ignore previous peoples work.

- Forgotten since 1930?12.5%
- Dumped , little value?50%
