There are about 350,000 cases that are currently administratively closed. I’ve already notice that more are being individually opened by DHS, but this decision could mean the gov plans to re-open all these cases. To deport all those people who are just waiting on an adjustment.

I read an article about some Sikh individuals interned in a detention center who were ordered by a judge to be released, but the center held them until more detainees arrived so the center could make max money if full.
