I'm not in the business of creating policies for social media platforms, but there are reasons why this kind of abuse is so common, to the point that it's expected, on Twitter. Facebook, for example, doesn't foster this kind of abuse.

Additionally, it's confusing that Twitter would claim that's keeping women safe when so many of us can speak to not feeling safe here.
