“Latinx” used by native Spanish speakers for over 10 years? No way! Look at social media, written records, tv, movies, radio... and find out the facts, but plz don’t make up stories to defend how you use an identity label.
Hola Dr. Vivancos Pérez. Alguien me dijo que usted está tuiteando sobre mi... estoy media confundida, pero quiero ofrecerle unos detalles, ya que sé quien es usted, (leí su libro a principios de 2017).

I'm not from Spain, and may therefore speak what you consider an inferior Spanish, but I *am* a native speaker. I also never said that latinx was being used 10+ years ago; I said amigxs was being used 10+ years ago. That's true; I'm sure you can find evidence of it if you look.

I think we're going to have to disagree as to whether or not Latinx is a word. As I explained, I think it's a word by use and by definition. I realize you see it differently. That's ok. But I respectfully ask that you not accuse me of lying. Thanks.
